Hollywood Couple, Jay Z and Beyonce are closing in on their new home in California, Los Angeles.

The house which costs $90 million contains 30,000 square feet, eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, four swimming pools, a 15 car garage, and lawn tennis courts.

This will mark the most expensive house purchase in Los Angeles.
