According to a report from TMZ, Danielle Spencer passed away at the age of 60 due to complications from cancer.

However, TMZ didn’t provide further details on the circumstances surrounding Danielle Spencer’s passing.

According to reports, Spencer died on August 11, 2025.

It’s worth noting that Danielle Spencer rose to fame with her iconic role as Dee Thomas in the 1970s sitcom “What’s Happening!!”.

Born on June 24, 1965, in Trenton, New Jersey, Spencer began acting at a young age and landed her breakout role at just 11 years old.
