Danish aid worker and co-founder of (ACAEDF) Anja Ringgren Love and her team from the Children’s Aid Education and Development Foundation (ACAEDF) rescued 3 children accused of witchcraft in Akwa Ibom State, last Sunday.

Love, via a statement on her Facebook page said the boys are now safe and free from fear.

David, Orok, Don and I have been on a rescue mission. We have saved the lives of 3 beautiful boys.

When the lives and the rights of children are at stake, there must be no silent witnesses. David always tell me, that there is no duty more important than ensuring child rights are respected in every society. That we need to ensure that the lives of children are free from fear, so they can grow up in peace. Little Frank, David and Gideon are now safe at “Land of Hope” and free from fear.
