Davido’s cousin Nikos Living ventures into music, netizens react

Socialite turned singer, Nike Adeleke, popularly known as Nikos Living and the cousin of Afobeats star Davido, has made headlines after showcasing her musical skills.

The daughter of Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke made her entry into the entertainment industry with the release of her debut song, “DND” (Do Not Disturb).

Sharing the news on her official Instagram page, Nike expressed excitement over her debut into the Nigerian music scene, joining other members of the Adeleke family who have ventured into the same industry.

However, the song has sparked mixed reactions, with many Nigerians criticizing its quality while others welcome her with open arms.

Some netizens even compared her to DJ Cuppy, who previously faced similar harsh criticism for her music before choosing to focus on her DJ career. Following Nike’s debut, some have now publicly apologized to DJ Cuppy, suggesting her music was better than Nike’s.

A fan @shally.tee reacted, “Aswr I wasn’t expecting this to be this good .”

Another user, @grac.eoge added, “Dj cuppy we are sorry.”
