So over the weekend I got invited to a few events and I was able to attend two of them. I surprised myself that I made it at all because usually, I won’t even leave home let alone make it, but I’m glad I did as I had such a good time at the Bland 2 Glam event at Grey Velvet store and also the Valentine’s event at Alara.

While I was searching for what to wear I found this blazer I have had almost two years and I have never worn. Can you believe that? It’s such a super cute blazer, so I figured might as well wear it because knowing me if I didn’t wear it that day, I might never get around to wearing it ever.

It turned out so nice when I paired it with Ankara culottes that I got made over the weekend before, I was definitely feeling myself. The colours were exactly the same shade of yellow and I toned it down a bit with a nude mini bag and PVC sandals.

I can definitely see myself wearing a look like this for a night out or a cocktail event. I will definitely be restyling both pieces into other outfits soon.
