Doctor seen walking naked on CCTV performing sex act on employee finally loses his license

An Arkansas physician has had his medical license revoked months after security footage captured him walking naked through his office during work hours and performing a sexual act in front of employees.
 
The Arkansas State Medical Board voted to strip Dr. David Diffine of his license for five years, following interviews with employees and colleagues that confirmed multiple incidents of sexual misconduct at his practice.
 

Diffine’s license was initially suspended in 2024 when the board learned of the behavior, which included parading nude—wearing only a baseball cap—through patient areas and the reception desk, where three female employees were working.
 

According to a report by KAIT, Diffine allegedly entered patient rooms before stretching in reception and performing a sex act, reportedly ejaculating on one employee who was also his patient.
 

An anonymous tipster accused the self-described naturist of using “his position of power, sexual grooming, [and] salary increases to groom employees and patients into repulsive sexual acts.”
 

In its written decision, the board cited expert concerns from Dr. Bradley Diner of the Arkansas Medical Foundation, who warned of possible “sexual compulsive disorder or paraphilia” that could compromise patient safety.
 

Despite the video evidence, Diffine denied knowledge of the incidents, telling investigators:
 

“I don’t know anything about that at all. I would have to see those things to have any idea what you’re talking about.”
 

The board concluded that his actions violated the Medical Practices Act and represented a serious breach of professional boundaries.
