Onyemaechi Okoye also known as Shagharmer as his stage name is a fast rising Afropop sensation. He hails from Enugu state of Nigeria, born in Enugu state and brought up in Kaduna state,he had his early life in Kaduna state.
The rising act first showed interest in music at a very tender age of Nine, influenced by the likes of Osadebe, Oriental brothers,Bob Marley, Michael Jackson and Lucky Dube, then he began composing his songs. He had his first collaboration titled Ogene(Amalememe) with an Afro pop artist named Philldoz a.k.a PMG.(poor man’s Gold) and had feature with JBen and Philldoz , titled “Throway”.
Shagharmer is about to infuse more life into the already bubbling Nigeria music industry as we awaits video of his banging single “All My Life”.
