This mad man lying at the centre of the road was hit by a car yesterday at Umuwaya road Opposite Umu mass and ABA park, UMUAHIA Abia state.

I learnt that he can’t see, his eyes are rotten. Yesterday he was walking in the middle of the road when a car knocked him down and ran away.

We beg the State Government, good spirited individuals, NGOs and churches to come to his aid.
