Eddie Murphy’s son Eric and Martin Lawrence’s daughter Jasmin expecting first child together

Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence are about to add a grandchild to both their families. 

Eddie Murphy’s son Eric and Martin Lawrence’s daughter Jasmin have announced that they are expecting their first child together. 

The couple shared the baby news in a joint Instagram post Feb. 2. The first picture in the post was a black-and-white snap that showed Eric Murphy resting his head on Jasmin Lawrence’s baby bump. The first-time mom smiled wide and stared lovingly at her husband. 

In the other two photos, Jasmin Lawrence, who wore an off-the-shoulder white gown, cradled her baby bump. 

“Thank you Jesus for the greatest gift,” Jasmin Lawrence and Eric Murphy captioned the slideshow and included three red hearts. 

Fans celebrated the two in the comments. 

“Having Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence as your grandparents is life!!!” one wrote.
