Edjeba community chairman apologises to woman flogged by masquerade, ‘gives her ₦100,000 for treatment’

The chairman of the Edjeba community in Delta State has reportedly visited and apologised to the woman who was flogged by a masquerade in a viral video.

According to reports, he also gave her ₦100,000 to help cover medical expenses following the incident.
