The EFCC, Makurdi Zonal Office on Friday, November 1, 2019, secured the conviction of one Oyira Grace Akong for Fraud. The Commission had arrested, investigated and taken Grace before Justice Mobolaji Olajuwon sitting at Federal High Court Makurdi, Benue State. .Following a plea bargain agreement between her and the Commission, she was re-arraigned on a one-count amended charge that replaced the initial charge against her.
