The incident took place in Asanting village in Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. The youths and elders of Area last Friday, 27 January, 2017 passed vote of no confidence on the village head, Chief Ime Ukut Udokah, over misused of the community funds, and forcefully hijacking and diverting of the community properties to his private used.
