The People’s Democratic party candidate for Ikeja federal constituency Hon. Mutiu Okunola has landed in a private hospital in Maryland after suspected APC thugs landed heavy blows on his head.

In a video obtained by Insider Post, the PDP House of reps hopeful was seen violently protesting against the results at the Ikeja collation centre when APC party agents/thugs descended heavily on him.

Okunola in action, vandalizing properties at the INEC collation centre in Ikeja.

In a telephone conversation with one of his associates, the PDP candidate is recuperating and has vowed to seek legal redress. He described the Ikeja elections has totally flawed with results doctored by the APC.

The All progressives congress candidate Mr. James Faleke defeated PDPs Okunola by just thousand votes.
