Nsukka Local Government Chairman, Hon Chinwe Ugwu has reportedly empowered women in the local government area with head pans, shovels and trowels.

The photos marking the event were shared by a Facebook user, Chijinkem Ugwuanyi who condemned the act.

According to Ugwuanyi, the local government boss shared 50 head pans, 50 shovels and 20 trowels.

Sharing photos from the event, he wrote:
