The 2008 African footballer of the Year took to his Instagram handle to reacts to after quitting the reigning Primera Division champions for the 2020 campaign.
Adebayor scored 97 goals in the Premier League after a spell at Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspurs, and Crystal Palace before he departs for Istanbul Basaksehir on 31 January 2017.
