Monday Eleanya aka“World Bank”was gunned down yesterday in Port Harcourt after being accosted by suspected assassins while driving out of his house along Ada George road. He was a top PDP member until few months ago when he defected to APC.
He represented Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni constituency in Rivers State House of Assembly between 1999 to 2003 under the platform of the PDP under the leadership of former governor Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi as the Speaker
