He made this known during his conferment of the National Honour of Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic, GCFR, in Abuja on Thursday.

President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has told President Muhammadu Buhari to always expect knocks on his doors when he hands over on May 29.

Tinubu said whether Buhari goes to Daura, Katsina State, or Niger Republic, he should expect to hear from him.

He spoke during his conferment of the National Honour of Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic, GCFR, in Abuja on Thursday.

The President-elect said he understands the honour given to him and his Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima and the magnitude of the task ahead.

“I understand the honour given to me today and the magnitude of the task ahead, whether you go to Daura or Niger Republic, expect knocks on your doors,” Tinubu said.
