Family takes legal action as tenant turns property into a nightclub

A family has taken legal action against their tenant for illegally converting their property into a nightclub without permission.

A family member, identified as @itspronouncedmeekuh on TikTok, shared the shocking discovery in a viral video, narrating how they found out about the unauthorized modifications.

According to her, they had been hearing rumours and decided to make a surprise visit to the property, only to confirm that it had been completely transformed into a bar and lounge.

“We heard some rumours and decided to make a surprise visit only to realise he modified the entire property without consent,” she revealed.

She further explained that the tenant had not been paying rent and had ignored all attempts to contact him. To make matters worse, he was actively promoting the nightclub on social media, advertising its rooms as private suites.

Despite being served with a court case, the tenant reportedly refused to respond. This prompted the family to take stronger action by showing up at the property with law enforcement agents.
