Mr Ayatu Momoh, a Mass Communication lecturer with the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, is dead.

Dailypost gathered that he slumped and died at a community meeting on Sunday in Offa, Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State.

Momoh, an Igala from Kogi State, was the secretary of the Igala community in Offa and its environs.

Efforts to reach the spokesman of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Olayinka Iroye, proved abortive.

However, the Chairman of Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, Offa chapter, Dr Waheed Balogun, confirmed the development.

He said the late teacher was saying the closing prayer to round off the local meeting when he slumped and died.
