REPORT OF fire OUTBREAK AT OLD MOTOR SPARE PARTS MARKET, MGBUKA obosi AT EARLY HOURS OF SATURDAY 11-01-2020

At about 0142 hours (1.42am) of Saturday 11-01-2020, Anambra State fire Service received a distress of fire outbreak at Old Motor Spare Parts Market, Mgbuka, obosi.
Immediately, we deployed our fire trucks and firefighters to the scene to fight the fire. There was no loss of life during the fire outbreak as the fire outbreak is under control.
The cause of the fire outbreak is yet to be ascertained.
The fire outbreak was much due to the nature of things they sell there which are mainly flammable materials. With the application of our chemical foam compound, we were able to fight and control the fire.
Thank you firefighters for the sleepless night and struggles. Thank you the general public for the assistance and support given to firefighters during the fire fighting. Thank you also the Nigerian Police and other sister Agencies for your support and coverage.
