This is coming after a call from the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) asking Christians to protest last Sunday against killings perpetrated by Fulani herdsmen in Benue and across Nigeria.

Pope Francis, after a meeting with Nigerian bishops, also spoke against the incessant killings going on in the country. His words came after President of the United States of America, Donald Trump warned that the killing of Christians in Nigeria will not be accepted by the US.
