A-League club Central Coast Mariners have signed former Liverpool midfielder Luis Garcia having sold Anthony Caceres to Manchester City earlier this week.

Garcia, 37, left Indian Super League side Atletico Kolkata in 2014 but recently played in a Liverpool Legends match against a Socceroo Legends team.

The former Spain international has now opted to continue his career in the A-League and joins a Mariners side that have won just two out of 14 games so far this season.
