“For no reason…” – Teenager breaks down as girlfriend dumps him hours before Valentine’s

A Nigerian teenager has gone viral after breaking down in tears when his girlfriend allegedly dumped him just hours before Valentine’s Day.

In a trending video shared by @ChukEricE on X (formerly Twitter), the visibly heartbroken boy was seen crying while his mother tried to console him.

Speaking through tears, he lamented that his girlfriend ended the relationship “for no reason” while they were at a spa, adding that he had already spent £20 in preparation for Valentine’s Day.

In his words, he said:

“My girlfriend broke up with me for no reason; she broke up with me at the spa. That’s 20 pounds wasted on Valentine’s.

Three of them cheated on me, and now this is the fourth one. It’s Valentine’s Day… and that’s the more reason I’m crying.”

His emotional reaction has sparked widespread sympathy online, with many social media users relating to his heartbreak and joking about the “wasted spa money.”

Valentine’s Day heartbreak appears to have become an unfortunate pattern for the teenager, as he struggles to process yet another unexpected breakup.
