Forgotten Super Eagles star Anthony Nwakaeme has reacted after scoring in Trabzonspor 2-0 win over Yeni Malatyaspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Monday night.

Anastasios Bakasetas put the Black Sea Storm five minutes after the restart of the second half of the encounter at Malatya Stadyumu.

Nwakaeme ensured the maximum point after he scored a superb individual goal when he took out his marker before he fired home from an acute angle five minutes into stoppage time for his team’s second goal.

The 31-year-old Nigeria international took his Instagram handle to celebrate his brilliant goal.

Nwakaeme has now scored six league goals for Trabzonspor in the 2020/2021 season.

Trabzonspor now have 42 points from 23 matches, six points behind leaders Galatasaray with 17 rounds of matches still to be played.
