Freiburg celebrate bundesliga promotion (See Photos)

SC Freiburg sealed a return to the Bundesliga after a 2-1 win against a struggling SC Paderborn 07.

The Baden-Württemberg based club relegated to the second tier of professional football in Germany last season but have instantly made it back to the top flight within a year.

Maximilian Philipp provided all his team goals for Mike Frantz and Nils Petersen as they go ten points clear of third-placed.
