Girl who shot 11 people because she hates mondays denied parole after nearly 50 years in prison

A girl who shot about 11 people at her school, citing her dislike for Mondays as the reason, has been denied parole after spending nearly 50 years behind bars.

According to the post, the incident occurred in 1979 when the young girl armed herself with a gun, positioned herself at a strategic location, and opened fire.

The shooting claimed the life of her school principal, left several students injured, and also wounded police officers who responded to the scene.

During her arrest and subsequent interrogation, she confessed that she carried out the attack because she was bored and hated Mondays.

She was eventually convicted and sentenced to prison, where she has remained for nearly five decades.

Despite her lengthy incarceration, her recent bid for parole was denied, meaning she will continue to serve her sentence.
