Former Premier League manager, Neil Warnock, has slammed Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba, saying he does miss players like then.
This followed the players’ departure from Chelsea and Manchester United respectively.
Lukaku returned to Chelsea for a record fee of £97million last summer, while Manchester United splashed £89m on Pogba in 2016.
However, neither move proved successful and the pair have been considered among the worst signings in football history.
Belgium International, Lukaku has returned to Inter Milan on loan while Pogba has once again departed as free agent.
“Good riddance, that’s what I say,” Warnock told talkSPORT.
“I think both of them are all about ‘me, me, me’ and not the team or the club…
“I don’t miss people like that,” he said, adding that Pogba did not make any useful contribution to Manchester the same as Lukaku.
Lukaku was on fire at Inter Milan before his disappointing return to Stamford Bridge, helping the Serie A side win the league title under manager Antonio Conte.
Pogba, meanwhile, will hope to return to Juventus where he shone brightly before Manchester United came calling . But Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are also said to be interested in the France World Cup winner.
