The Governor of Kaduna State Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai has enroled his son, Abubakar Al-Siddique El-Rufai as a Primary One pupil of Kaduna Capital School.
He promised to start the call for CHANGE by allowing his son school in one of the schools in the country.
