Ebonyi cannot be left out, insists Umahi.

Construction of three solid fly-overs is ongoing in the state capital of Ebonyi state, Abakaliki by His Excellency, Engr. David Nweze Umahi. “The rapid development of Ebonyi state is an urgent priority to me; hence, the step being taken so far, I cannot back down and I will not back down,” he stated recently.
