A 36 -year old man, Alex Ogbuagu, has been arrested for handling and sucking a 16-year old girl’s breasts and tricking her into sex in Isheri area of Lagos where the suspect resides with the victim’s parents.

It was gathered that Ogbuagu returned early from work and lured the victim into his apartment and confused her with words.
He then allegedly fondled and sucked her breasts and she became more confused before he penetrated her in the romp that lasted for several hours.

The victim later regained herself after the act and reported to her parents that she was raped by Ogbuagu.

The matter was reported to the police in the area and Ogbuagu was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command.

It was gathered that during interrogation, Ogbuagu insisted that he did not rape her claiming that the victim consented to the act.

However, the victim denied her consent and claimed that she was forced into the act after he touched her breasts and got her confused.
