A Nigerian financial analyst, took to Twitter to reveal how you can retrieve your money after being duped by online fraudsters. According to @Monye_Morris, the Central Bank of Nigeria has mandated all banks to open a fraud desk to handle cases, and it is expected that they will investigate, prosecute and reverse such dubious transactions even if the scammer has withdrawn the money.
