Husband thanks first wife with a money bouquet for allowing him marry a second wife

A man has been captured on video delivering a money bouquet to his wife for reportedly allowing him marry a second wife. 

The man who was quite emotional while handing the money bouquet to his wife, also knelt down to show his appreciation before dragging his new wife closer to him.
