“I gave him ₦2,000”- Man shares encounter with security guy at an eatery

A  Nigerian man the microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter) has shared his encounter with a security guy at an eatery.

‎The man, identified as @Pentane on X, shared that the incident occurred two weeks ago, after he had just finished his meal.

‎In his now-viral tweet, @Pentane shared that the security guy greeted him warmly.

‎Subsequently he dashed the security guy ₦2,000.

‎Meanwhile, he visited the same restaurant last week and the security guy repeated the same approach.

However, he just extended the greeting and walked away, leaving the security guard looking at him awkwardly.

‎Sharing the reason for his actions, the X user stated, “I deliberately didn’t give him anything because I don’t want him to start feeling entitled to my kindness every time I show up”.
