“I want to start modelling” — Shallipopi addresses weight loss concerns

Nigerian music star Shallipopi has responded to the buzz surrounding his noticeable weight loss. 

Shallipopi, whose real name is Crown Uzama, sparked serious concern after new photos of him looking visibly slimmer hit social media. Fans flooded comment sections with questions, speculations, and a bit of panic.

But in true Shallipopi style, the singer took to his verified X (formerly Twitter) page to set the record straight. According to him, the transformation is intentional — he’s slimming down for a new venture into the modelling world.

“Make una leave me make I slim jorr I wan start modelling,” he posted.
