I Worked At Bakery, As Bricklayer To Buy Football Shoes – Taiwo Awoniyi Reveals

Taiwo Awoniyi, the Nigerian striker, has made a new revelation about himself and his career.

He said that he worked at a bakery and as a bricklayer in Nigeria to afford football shoes.

The footballer disclosed this in a viral interview video with Nottingham Forest FC on Friday.

He said, “I have done almost every work in Nigeria back then. I worked in the bakery, I worked as a bricklayer.

“The challenging part of it is getting the money to buy the football shoes.“
