The identities of convicted sex offenders in Nigeria have been unveiled by The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons.

The action of NAPTIP became necessary following the increasing rape incidents in Nigeria in recent times.

It also further reminds Nigerians that the Nigeria Sex Offender Register is still very much active.

Below are the identities of some convicted rapists in Nigeria:

Nigeria Sex Offender Register is determined to naming and shaming all sex offenders.

The first national sexual offenders register was launched in November 2019.

It contains the database of those convicted for sexual violence since 2015 – an important step towards clamping down on abuse.
