If you were the Teacher, what would you have done?(Get in here)

So there’s this photo a parent posted of the child’s work from school and decided to share to get opinions as to know where the child went wrong?

The pupil activity stated; “Draw a small clock that shows 10minutes past 11:00.” The child instead drew a digital time and the teacher failed him. See the picture below…

So as a good teacher, what are your thoughts? Was the child or the Teacher wrong?
