Inter are keen to find out what will happen to all of their players out on loan if the season extends beyond the end of June, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report details how the Nerazzurri have multiple players out on loan, most of whom are returning to Milan at the start of July should their new homes decide not to sign them permanently. First there is the case of Argentine striker Mauro Icardi, currently on loan at French giants Paris Saint Germain, who have the option to buy the player for €70 million.
There is also the case of Croatian forward Ivan Perisic at Bayern Munich, who can redeem him for €25 million, the report continues. Another example is Portuguese midfielder Joao Mario, who can be bought by Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow for €18 million.
The Nerazzurri must also consider Austrian winger Valentino Lazaro who is currently on loan at Newcastle and Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan, who is playing for Cagliari.
Finally, a discussion is needed with Fiorentina to discuss Dalbert and Cristiano Biraghi, the report adds. All in all, Inter have at least €110 million hanging in the balance, all depending on whether the loans are extended or not.
