Nigerian star musician, Chike has lamented that it is now difficult and expensive to be a loverboy in Nigeria. 

According to him, becoming such a person costs more like running a very expensive business in the country. 

His latest disclosure comes following the trending debate on social media, of whether half of the country’s minimum wage (15,000 Naira) is enough to take a lady out on a date. 

However, taking to his Instagram Stories, Chike stated that some of the things required for one to be a lover boy are rather shocking at times. In his words;

 “Loverboy is an expensive business in NigeriaThe things expected of you are shocking sometimes”
