LASTMA Official Seen Using Sugarcane Instead Of ‘Kondo” (See Photos)

Two LASTMA official were seen holding a sugarcane and a pipe instead of the security stick popular known as Kondo. This was seen during an arrest of a commercial driver by LASTMA officials.
