Setien, informed by Abidal and Planes, knows the names of the targets although he has not asked anyone.

Although the Barça Sports Commission has not met with the Technical Secretariat for more than three weeks (the last time was to bless Braithwaite’s signing), the activity is maximum. 

The names, obviously, are maintained. For example, Lautaro Martínez, the Argentine ram of Inter whose price is 111 million. And Neymar has to be there too. The Brazilian is quite more expensive – 180 million.

The question is whether Barcelona has the financial capacity to face the signing of two franchise players. Or if able to have it on the basis of big sales. Or if between one or the other, you will have to choose who will be able to make the difference from day one. If so, the advantage is for Ney who knows the house, the environment, the League and the teammates.
