Male prostitute cuts off the penis of his 68-year-old male client in New York, abandons him to die

Police have arrested a homeless man, Jerry Pagan, 32, after he allegedly cut off the penis of a 68-year-old man, who was later found dead in a New York City bathroom.

Authorities suspect Pagan, who is a male prostitute, previously had sex with the victim but severed the penis during a dispute concerning an unpaid debt.

He reportedly admitted to the crime, stating that he used scissors for the mutilation and wished to ‘eat the penis’. Emergency medical workers pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Pagan has since been charged with second-degree murder.
