Man Fatally Shoots Co-Worker In The Face With A Shot-Gun In Front Of His Son (Video)

BUFFALO, NEW YORK – A horrifying incident occurred yesterday at a local store in Buffalo, New York, leaving a co-worker dead and his young son traumatized. The incident occurred around 3 PM when Abdul Hussein, a 25-year-old store employee, fatally shot his co-worker with a shotgun in front of his son.

The victim, identified as 32-year-old James Smith, was working alongside Hussein when an argument broke out between the two. According to witnesses, the argument escalated quickly, and Hussein suddenly pulled out a shotgun and shot Smith at close range. Smith’s 10-year-old son was reportedly present in the store during the altercation and witnessed the entire incident.

The police were immediately notified, and Hussein was arrested on the spot. He was charged with second-degree murder and arraigned before Buffalo City Court Judge Shannon M. Heneghan earlier today. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 25 years to life in prison.

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn expressed his condolences to Smith’s family and condemned the act of violence. He said, “This was a senseless and tragic act of violence that has taken a life and left a young child traumatized. My office will do everything in its power to hold the defendant accountable for his actions and seek justice for the victim’s family.”
