Man narrates how his friend got kicked off wife’s dependent visa after sponsoring her master’s in UK

Nigerian man gets deported as his wife kicks him out of her dependent visa after he sponsored her UK masters.

The incidence was narrated online by a netizen identified as @Row_haastrup who revealed that it had happened to a friend of his.

According to him, the friend whom he knew to be doing well had reached out to him to ask for some cash.

His friend had recounted how his wife, whom he had relocated and sponsored her master’s in UK, decided to remove him from as a dependent on her visa.

The man was forced to leave the UK after this. However, what had led to this wasn’t known or told.

He wrote …

“I never knew this would happen to someone close to me…

He just reached him saying I should help him send some few naira & I wondered how a guy we both worked in same place in the UK, sponsored his wife’s masters till she got a job & has 2 kids with her suddenly end up in Nigeria & asking for money.

I asked what happened, he said it’s a long story, but she eventually removed him as a dependent & he was forced to leave the UK.

I felt broken & so sad. Told my wife over dinner & she suddenly lost her appetite.
We wondered why any woman would do this if not wickedness.

This was someone I knew, worked with; was the most jovial on the floor. Every Nigerian at work wanted to be in his unit cos it was never a dull moment with him.

As long as Assault isn’t involved why go so far as eject him out of the country, far away from his kids.
The most noble thing to do is let him sort himself out as regards getting a visa that lets him stay before divorcing him.”
