Manchester United are interested in signing Eduardo Camavinga from Rennes, according to Mirror who quote ‘reports from France’ as the source.
Camavinga, who turned 17 on Sunday, has played in every Ligue 1 game of his team this season so far. When he made his debut near the end of last year, he became the youngest player ever to feature for Rennes in the league, and he also became the youngest Ligue 1 assist provider when he set up a goal in his team’s triumph over title holders Paris Saint-Germain.
The defensive midfielder whose clever play often belies his tender years has been attracting interest from across Europe in recent months. Over the summer, both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur had bids for his services rejected, while the likes of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund all watching the situation closely. But it seems that the competition coming from Barcelona is the most serious one United are facing.
Wow good player
