The family of Ahmed Akorode, a drug addict who set himself ablaze with petrol, in broad daylight at Omole Phase 1 Ojodu, has released a video denying media reports that he has died.

Some of his immediate relatives reached out to us to debunk the story as false and cruel, with video evidence recorded minutes ago in an undisclosed hospital where he is receiving and responding to treatment.
