Manchester City and Liverpool settled for a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium in their Premier League clash on Sunday.

Liverpool got to a fine start in the early minute with Mohammed Salah converting from the penalty spot to give the visitors the lead in the 13th minute following Kyle Walker careless challenge in the box.

Gabriel Jesus equalised for the host from Kevin de Bruyne pass, the Brazillian careful twist the ball around Trent Arnold to slot in the ball in the 33rd minute.

Joe Gomez handled the ball in the box and after a review with the VAR, a penalty was awarded to Manchester City and surprisingly De Bruyne missed from the spot in the 41st minute of the encounter.

The first half ended 1-1, both teams were unable to get the winning goal as they settled for a draw in a thrilling match.
