Sadio Mane has informed Liverpool teammate Andrew Robertson that Watford summer signing Ismaila Sarr would ‘kill him’ with his pace and dribbling ability.

The 22-year-old Senegal international became the Hornets’ club-record signing when he arrived at Vicarage Road from Ligue 1 side Rennes for £31 million on the transfer deadline day earlier this month.Mane revealed his admiration for fellow countryman Sarr’s talent and admitted he wished the winger had joined him at Anfield instead as the Liverpool forward Mane prepare to face Arsenal inn the Premier League week three encounter on Saturday late kick-off.

Former Southampton and RB Salzburg man told The Athletic: “The first day he signed I sent him a message to say good luck and that I was happy for him.”He’s rapid.
