This is what is going on in Ecobank Nigeria. Mass sack of their staffs with peanut as their parting package. These guyz have dependants for God’s sake! Even if you want to sack them, why can’t you just give them a better money? After all many have been with you for more than 10 years without any trace of misdeed.
