A video of the talented gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo commuting on a boat without a lifejacket has stirred up a storm.

This comes following the scare that was created by the demise of the popular movie star, Junior Pope who had died in a boat accident some weeks back.

She was seen sitting on the boat, clearly without any lifejacket to use in case of an untoward event.

In the viral video, she was seen complaining about the journey in a way that those who boarded the vessel found amusing.

However, netizens have asked for her to wear a lifejacket when making such kind of journey.
